Interior Painting

- Furniture moved and covered, floors fully masked
- Nail holes, dents and cracks patched and sanded smooth
- Stain-blocking primer on repairs, water damage and bare wood
- Two finish coats unless the scope says otherwise
- Hardware and switch plates removed, then reinstalled
Exterior Painting
Clapboard, shingle, stucco, brick, trim, porches and railings coated with products rated for New England weather.
- Low-pressure wash to remove chalk, mildew and dirt
- Scrape, sand and feather all failing paint
- Caulk joints and seal end grain before priming
- Bonding primer on bare and problem surfaces

- Subfloor checked for flatness and moisture
- Underlayment and vapor barrier where required
- Clean transitions, thresholds and quarter round
- Old flooring removal and haul-away available
Power Washing
House washing that cleans without driving water behind your siding, plus hardscape and deck cleaning.
- Soft-wash detergent method for siding and trim
- Plants, lights and outlets protected before we start
- Decks, patios, walkways and fences
- Pre-paint washing included in exterior repaint scopes
